Hard to find office. Address is incorrect, but ask for directions. Takes a lot of time, especially for a new patient. Dr. Santilli wants to understand me as a person and patient. Follow up is good. He will answer his own phone calls and get back to you with labs, etc., and review findings in detail. He seems to really care and likes to educate.

Dr. Santilli represents the Marcus Welby approach to his practice: hands on, patient first, caring, listens well. The office is like a living room, not an office. His receptionist knows my name when I walk in. The doctor spends time with me. The down side to Dr. Santilli's care is his limited office hours. He offsets this by being available via pager fairly easily. Don't let the relaxed office setting or his hippie look throw you: he's the real deal.

Very caring professional. Doctor tries to treat patients more "naturally" than just prescribing a pill.
