Made an appointment for my 99 YO mother for memory testing, 2 months out. Arrived on time at the appointed hour as per usual and was told the appt. had been canceled because we didn't confirm the appt. Mom had called 2 days prior to affirm the date and time. Office staff claim that was not true. They said they called me 2X and Mom 2X and left messages to confirm. Not true. We were told it was cancelled because she was a new pt. Not true. We were told we were abusive. Not true. I traveled 900 miles to bring my Mom to the appt. we made that we expected to attend. Their reply? 'How is that my problem?' These people treated us like we were expected to accommodate them instead of vice versa. Completely un-professional and rude. When we make an appointment, we keep it. I have no faith Dr. S and his crew of rude, snotty, entitled people even understand that an appointment is a verbal contract. Never again. Zero stars!
