His staff are all incompetent. Never even got to see this doctor. Made an appt the same day to bring my father in for a possible UTI & they put me on hold to be certain that Dr could see him at 3pm came back and said, Yes, the dr will see him. We rushed down there in the pouring rain parked 4 blocks away, go in there to find out the doctor's not going to see him! He was just going to make him leave a urine sample in a cup and give him his results days later? (Staff couldnt give an answer on that either) Are you kidding me? And the girls behind the desk didn't have a reason why this changed, AND they took my cell when I made the appt for what? They should've called me to tell me that the Dr was Now not going to see my father! I never would've went all the way down there for that then. He needed immediate care & antibiotics. This Dr AND his staff are a joke & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I do not recommend going to this entire medical building at all.

Felt rushed. Typical arrogant, condescending and ,apparently, incompetent doctor. Not helpful at all. It’s pretty bad when a doctor taps his fingers on his desk sending a CLEAR signal that what you have to say means absolutely nothing. Complete waste of time.
