I wish I could give 5 stars. I have been consulting him for over 10 yrs. my biggest issue is the wait time. Not once out of the 20+ times did his office ever stick to the appointment time . I’ve been made to wait for more than an hr on several occasions . I still don’t understand why they give one slot to many patients. It’s so frustrating . I wish the doctors takes this review seriously and make changes. Btw the doctor is fantastic.

How sad that Dr. Simon avoids family contact no matter how serious the patient’s (loved one’s) condition is. My multiple phone calls to his service & office remain UNANSWERED. His care is fragmented, lacks cohesion among specialists he may refer you to & remains reactive not proactive about your medical concerns.

Dr. Simon is an EXCELLENT COMPASSIONATE doctor. Honestly, seeing him has changed my life. I am grateful for him everyday. Thank you Dr. Simon!

Very unfortunate experience with this doctor. Did not know and diagnose a serious condition I had for at least 5 years. He is extremely negligent and uninformed.

Only saw him once so far, for medical clearance for hospital admission foe surgery. He will be admitting doctor. His staff is not the most sophisticated medical staff I have ever met, especially when they answer the phone. It's hard to tell if they're still on the phone, if they have a pen to write down what you are saying, or if they are listening. Walking up a hill to a doctor's office from the rear parking lot is ridiculous...The situation is NOT handicap-friendly.

Doctor seems to be OK but the support personal is incompetent. For weeks I am trying to get results of my blood-work. It 1st took them 4 tries to draw the blood and now the results are lost. They promise to locate them and call you back but never do. Additionally: I had the 1st appointment on that day and still had to sit and wait more than 30 mins for the doc to arrive and start seeing people. Office can use some cleaning as well. Brown splashes on the walls are not welcoming.

Takes DAYS to get an appointment. Wait times are ridiculously long. Today's was over an hour. Finding a new Dr tomorrow. He's a great Dr, but the staff is rude and appointments should not be this hard to get. Save yourself the aggravation, pick someone else.

Dr. Michael J. Simon is a wonderful, and highly recommended Doctor. The only problem is with a certain person who is working on his staff in the front office. Often if you call, your calls will go right to his answering service, during his regular business hours, and no one bothers to call you back if you leave a message with his answering service. This one front office worker is often fresh to patients, may put you on hold until you just hang up, and hopefully get someone else to answer your questions. Better make sure all your prescriptions are right before you leave this office, because its extremely inconvenient trying to get this corrected, even the pharmacy will give up trying, because no one picks up the calls. Other than that, Dr Simon is an excellent doctor, and he has an excellent nurse staff there as well.

Waited for a while, but worth the wait.
