Should of known better with my initial new patient call to make an appointment ther couldn't get my name spelled correctly fo 5 minutes, then they accidentally disconnected me! i called back and the girl whom barely spoke English yelled it was my fault ! So anyway finally Had a 2.30 pm appointment,signed in at 2.37 no one was in waiting room. Reception didn't acknowledge me. It said dont tap on closed window so i didn't. More patients came in for their appointments receptionist kept taking in the sign in sheet where i checked off new patient. 30 minutes go by still no new patient clip board to fill out of get a copy of my insurance card, drivers license! I went up to reception and wrote that i left on the sign in clip board. That appointment would've been closer to 3:30 pm after all the new patient incidentals!! BUYER BEWARE!! if thats how the front desk operates i am afraid of how the back room operates.

Extremely arrogant "doctor" himself and his office partner even worse, unfriendly staff, created a problem after a vasectomy.

Dr. Simon used to be a lot nicer....Now, he's so busy that he has become insensitive to my feelings and my pain management.
