Dr. Sosnay is an outstanding endodontist and I highly recommend him. Aside from his expertise and "light touch" in carrying out the root canal procedure, he has an excellent bedside manner and puts the patient at ease.

Dr Michael is REMARKABLE! I am forever indebted to him and stumbled upon him by chance when I really needed help. I moved to New York from Texas and had a horrible infection due to a root canal done in Texas. He immeditaly saw me and was the most genuinely caring, professional, and comforting dentist I've EVER met (and I've met a couple due to all the dental work I've needed). He was very thorough in his diagnosis and went above and beyond to help me, which eased my nerves and made me feel a lot better. I would've flown back and forth from Texas to have seen him to do all of my root canal work (total of 4). His entire team is AMAZING, and his office is very clean and modern, with state of the art technology! From the receptionist to the dental assistant and of course doctor Michael I was treated like family. They are simply the best! GO to dr. Michael for your endodontic needs. When i heard i needed a root canal my mind drifted to all those horror stories my friends have told me of tremendous pain, sleepless nights, multiple trips to the dentist, infection, swelliing ..... My anxiety hightened as I researched more, started calling referred endodontists and tried to figure out how I would make this fit into my busy work schedule. Then I called the office of Dr. Michael Sosnay in Manhattan and immediately my anxiety lifted. His hours and location were ideal and his reassuring explanation of the procedure and calming personality made all the difference. What a pleasure the whole experience turned out to be. I know it sounds unbelievable to call a root canal a "pleasure", but dealing with Dr. sosnay was truly a relaxing and hassle free experience. He explained the procedure before, during and after. He informed me of the progress and what he was doing all along the way so I knew what to expect. HIs professionalism and up to date cutting edge equipment made… the procedure go as quick and smoothly as possible. The experience was truly pain free and the follow up was as well.He offered me medication for pain afterwards but I did not even need it.
