Dr. Michael J Sossenheimer, MD

I haven’t seen him in a long time, but he is a wonderful Doctor, he’s professional but in a way that you feel comfortable! I’d recommend him to anyone!

The treatment I received was excellent. Dr. Sossenheimer was great as was his staff. Very attentive and helpful. My only negative was the wait time. Way too long.

Dr. Sossenheimer is an excellent gastroentronologist that listens to his patients and works through the treatment options to finds what works.

This was my 50 year old wellness colonoscopy, Dr. Sossenheimer has been my GI doc for several years. Dr. Sossenheimer and his staff are very adept at making patients feel comfortable and explaining the procedure. This was a painless experience, he found 1 polyp removed it. Today I received a letter indicating it was benign but that I should reschedule in five years. I will continue to see Dr. Sossenheimer at his new facility within the U of U.

My overall experience was excellent. Dr.Sosenheimer answered all my questions. He always has the bestinterest of his patience. The hospital staff is very friendly and the hospital is clean. The staff in Dr. Sossenheimer's office and his assistants are very professional, helpful, and friendly. I hope our insurance will follow him when he goes to the U of U hospital. I would hate to lose him as a physician.

My experience at this office visit was great as always. Dr. Sossenheimer spends time with me as a patient, and he explains everything well and tries to discern what course of action (if any) that needs done next. I really appreciate his care!

Dr. Sossenheimer is a wonderful doctor who shows compassion and caring during visits and has vast knowledge about my 'condition' and it's issues. He makes me laugh which I feel enhances my progress. I would highly recommend Dr. Sossenheimer to anyone needing gastroenterology services.

DR. Sossenheimer always makes me feel like I am important and he truly cares about my health. Spends appropriate amount of time communicating. Jessica has also been outstanding, and is very quick to respond to any inquiries or requests.

Dr. Sossenheimer is the best. The staff prepared me and made me comfortable. Dr. Sossenheimer explained what he was going to do. After the endoscopy he explained what he found and we discussed what treatment would be best.

I was admitted immediately upon arrival, procedure was a snap and recovery was great as well. Funny that I had to wear shoes throughout the procedure but that is a minor deal. I was very satisfied with the experience.
