Great appointment; great staff. First time I have understood what is going on internally in four years, maybe more! Dr. Starks spoke with confidence and clarity. Feeling further along than we have in some time!

I had a biopsy done by Dr Starks with a cancer diagnosis. I am an RN and when I choose a Dr I choose carefully. Dr Starks is wonderful. He is very kind, caring and understanding. It is very obvious that he cares about his patients. He LISTENS!!!! He addresses all of my concerns. All of his staff is wonderful, as well. He is the BEST and we are very fortunate to have him in this area. He is very professional and compassionate.

From the first time I met DR Stark in the Emergency Room and going to his office for my first visit. The whole crew were just great. Tracy is an A+++ My surgery and the process went very well. I am glad these people were there for me when I needed them. I couldn't have had better care. Thank You All of You!!!!

As a Nurse Anesthetist I have worked with Dr Starks since he arrived in Bangor. This guy cares about his patients, it shows in the office and in the Operating Room. HE LISTENS!!!!!!! and takes the time needed to discuss your problems and the proposed treatment. When I needed surgery he was my first choice and the surgeon I recommend when people ask for a surgeon recommendation. After 30 years of watching surgeons work I can honestly say without a doubt Dr Starks is not only a superb surgeon he's a good and caring person. I'd definitely go back to him for more surgery.
