If I could give the Ocoee office a 0 or no star rating I would. I went to this office looking for answers to a complex issue. I very carefully explained my situation when making the appointment (that I am being tested for possible Autoimmune diseases and the Rheumatologist recommended I see a Dermatologist to rule out Dermatology issues as the cause for some rashes). I drive 45 min, almost an hour, they happily take my copay, charge my insurance, only to see a Nurse Practioner (not even the Doctor), and for this person to tell me that if they can't see the rash they can't treat it. To some degree I can understand why they would say that, but what I don't understand is why they couldn't tell me this over the phone when I made the appointment. Anyone who knows anything about autoimmune diseases knows that symptoms come and go in flares. I left the office feeling like I was figuratively robbed of my money and time. Would NOT recommend this office (especially the Nurse Practioner) for… complex issues. If I need a second opinion will go to a different practice and request the doctor. Lesson learned.

i had skin cancer on my face. dr stepple had removied it within 3 weeks. best dr i have ever had. wish he still take my health plan.

If one must have the need for dermatology help this is a super staff. They are professional and they are pleasant/ caring as well as convenient. It is a tough but positive experience from Carol at reception to the nurse to the nurse Laura, Ron the medical assistant. A pleasure to recommend.

I have seen several providers in this Dermatology group. They are very thorough and they take the time to explain my condition. They don't just give me cream to treat the symptoms they get to the route cause of my condition. I would highly recommend this practice.

haven't been able to start treatment because office doesn't send or authorize prescription. they really push to use their pharmacy of choice

I was a little hesitant at first to have a MOHs surgery on my face but let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised from the tech who numbed me to Dr Steppie that assured me everything would be fine and it was, Thanks for everything

I was pleasantly surprised about experience I enjoyed my visit. I was able to make an appointment right away and be seen on time, imagine that. They also gave me samples and I will return if needed.

The whole thing was great no complaints, Thank You to you and all your staff
