Dr. Michael Edward Stones, MD

The only reason Atty didnt take Stone and nursing home on wrongful death case on my father who died died from medical neglect under Stone’s care from Systemic facility aquired MRSA & Sudamonous is the day he was removed from that home to critical care they filed bankruptcy and the law firm said it wouldn’t be lucrative enough for them. I hold him at top of list for responsibility in the loss of my father who died a horrific and painful death through Stone’s medical lassitude and ineptitude.

Super guy and a pretty good doc to boot.

I have been a pt of Dr Stones for many yrs now.. When I read the other reviews I was shocked..Dr Stones is an old schooled Dr yes..When I am sick and if he cannot help me he sends me to someone or labs or tests that can help me..His staff is very sweet,kind and courteous.. they call me very quickly with all my results and have made me copies free of charge anytime I asked for them..He is always joking with me and my visits are very pleasant..I would recommend him to anyone that needs an old schooled doctor!!!

Dr. Stones is a kind caring person and a excellent doctor.

I have to say that my experience with the staff and with the Dr. in general were substandard. My Son is in the military and sent to California for training. His wife is staying with me, and as so I have been helping her to get her paperwork in order ( she is originally from Korea) One of the things to get this process going is for her to get a physical and to get a tdap and blood work done. When I callled to schedule an appointment for this I was told that a physical, blood work and a tdap would be done. I got the cost for this and was prepared for this cost. I was also told that I would need to return two days later with my daughter in law for the results. On the day she was to get her physical,bloodwork and tdap they did tell us we had the option to get her three sets of shots that she would need to get at some point. They stated we did not have to get the shots at their location we could get them somewhere else. We were told to return in two days and get the results and paper work.… I did return two days later only to be told my daughter in law would not be able to get paper work until she got her shots, talk about not being clear. The wife of the DR. was extremely rude and could not say enough about how she was the wifes DR. She did ask if i wanted to wait and talk with the Dr. but since she was the wife it would not make a difference. I did opt to wait on the doctor. I waited 20 minutes and when the DR. came out his immediate response to me was he did not have time to deal with me and he pointed out who his wife was. I work in the medical field and have close professional relationships with all people in the medical field and I can honestly say Dr. Michael and his WIFE are very unprofessional, rude and I believe their buisness should be looked into. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I initially chose this location because it is closer to where I reside. Now I know closer does not mean better

I went to this Dr. on the advice of a friend. I left his office crying. I suppose all of his patients are perfectly healthy therefore he is unable to actually "care" for someone who actually has a medical diagnosis. His recommendation for my condition was ridiculous, and any other dr. would have been shocked! VERY POOR bedside manner. I would never see or recommend this dr. to anyone I knew.

Dr. Stone has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. He has worked tirelessly to ensure my overall health. If he could not diagnose a particular problem of his expertiese he would refer me to another doctor. If he did not agree with that doctor he would refer me to another doctor.

Dr. Stones seems to be both competent and friendly. However, his staff is extremely rude. Moreover, they charge for any and everything that they can. For example, I wanted a written copy of a diagnosis and they said that the charge is $30.00. They told me that physicians get those for free. None of my other doctors have ever charged me for such a thing. My pharmacist has had problems with them over the phone. He and my colleagues have told me to find another Dr.

He's not exactly the best doctor. In fact my daughter almost died because he incorrectly diagnosed her with a cold when she in fact had full blown pneumonia. The ER told us if we hadn't taken her to the hospital that night, our daughter might not have woken up in the morning. He hardly ever does test to correctly diagnose a problem and relies on the old school method of observing and checking vitals. I would never visit this doctor again.
