Dr Taba is one of the nicest Doctor in Texas. He is an Orthopedist that always treat you like family and help you recover soon.

I went to Taba for two hip replacement. He tore apart my gluteus muscles and broke my pelvis. He never told me about it and then he lied about MRI results when the pain wouldn't go away. I finally found out what he did to me 9 years later from my current pain management doctor. I will NEVER see this jerk again.

Every time we go to this doctor we have to sit and wait over an hour to visit the doctor. Having an appointment doesn’t mean anything. Waste of time

Dr. Taba performed surgery on my right shoulder years back. I had a torn rotater cuff. I found him to be capable, patient, and very knowledgeable. The post operative visits that I had with him were always good. I visited with him again in 2018, and he was very kind, caring, and had the same great bed side manner. I will always go to see him when needed and recommend him to anyone that needs his medical expertise.

Dr Taba is the best Orthopedist that I visit , her team is very helpful too

I went to Dr. Taba because I needed bi-lateral hip replacements. During the first surgery on my right hip, he fractured my pelvis and severely tore my right gluteus muscle. He told me about neither error. A nurse in the hospital finally told me about my pelvis days after the surgery. I did not find out about the torn gluteus muscle until my current doctor told me, 9 years post-op. Dr. Taba is unethical. He is a liar by omission, and I would not recommend him to anyone.

I've only been to Dr. Tabu only twice, i Waited for a Little while. i guess about 45 minutes. the staff and the Dr. were very nice, the first time i went i was in tears with Pain, the Dr. came in he was so compassionate, very concerned for me/ i have no complants as of yet. i haven't had my Surgery yet.

Dr. Taba seems to run a volume practice, not a patient-centered one. It is routine to wait 4 - 5 hours to see him after check-in at his office. My two visits were 5 hour wait and 4.5 hour wait. On the first appt, I asked about the wait, and was told "we're working on improving that". On the 2nd visit, a more candid staff member just said that it is always this way. After this long wait, when Dr. Taba came in, he was brusque and tried to leave after 5 minutes. The surgery that I needed was complex, and required reconstructive skills, as well as a hip replacement. When he saw the CT scan, he focused on the fact that it was a 3 to 4 hour surgery, and shook his head. It seemed that he would rather have "standard" or routine surgeries, so that he can do as many as possible in a day. My impression was that this office operated like an assembly line, "one size fits all". I did not feel comfortable with him as a surgeon, and I found another surgeon based on recommendations.

Dr Taba did surgery on me 3 times and I gound him to be attentive, kind and caring. Before the surgeries he was wonderful in explaining and making sure I was clear either direction and comfortable with it. After surgery he was just as attrntive and engaged with making sure I made needed progress.

Excellent surgeon, wonderfull caring Dr. Great bedside manner. Very good follow up and after care.
