I have half a pituitary gland, massive weight loss, high tsh, menopausal age and all this screams issues. All that man could do is rant about sugar and alcohol. If you have diabetes he might be okay but anything else? NO He wouldn't even run the tests right. My coritisol was low in the middle of the day! Don't waste your time. My GP wants me at Mayo like yesterday and now I have to go to another endo because he refused to refer me.

I would not recommend going to him for thyroid. I went to him for almost a year and he did absolutely nothing for me. Very condescending and rude. The very last draw for me was when I called having symptoms of to much thyroid medication, he left a very rude messenger stating my thyroid is fine and refused to see me or do lab work. My gp then referred me to another Endo for me to learn that I had been over medicate for the past year. This man clearly does not care about his patients.

I began seeing Dr. Tachman years ago with a problem and he was quickly someone I knew I could feel comfortable with and trust. He has continued to be someone I look forward to visiting, now once a year for my continued follow-up visits. He is calm, friendly, and makes me feel very comfortable. I totally trust his advice and care.

Dr. Tachman is a very rude & demeaning physician. His cold & callus approach is disconcerting to say the least. Take the time to find a Doctor who listens and can guide you in the best direction for your health.
