Dr. Michael Leighton Thompson, MD

Dr Thompson is a horrible doctor. He made me feel worse than when I came in. I saw him twice. I should’ve learned the first time when he laughed at me and said I was making my symptoms up but I went back still having the same problem. He then told me to take vitamin A and kept laughing as he told me my pee would turn a neon color. He is very immature as well as unknowledgable in his field. His office billed my insurance for an adhd test which was never given. They also billed my insurance out of network when it was verified as in network and billed me for $300. I went to a new neuro 3 months after this and was diagnosed with a serious disease. I was also informed I am unable to take vitamin A since it would increase the pressure in my head. Stay away from this doctor.

Dr. Michael Thompson actually listened to me and helped me get the tests I need to help me with my personal situation. If you want a doctor who will take the time needed to help you, he's the guy

Staff could be more courteous & respond to call back when requested. Appointment setting is difficult. Dr. Thompson has an innovative and understanding approach, which why I continue to see him, despite above issues.
