Michael Thompson is a great Team Member. He has been servicing my hearing aids for several years. He is so pleasant, helpful and thorough at my appointments. He listens to my concerns and questions. Oaklawn Hospital is very fortunate to have someone like Michael Thompson attending to the many patients who pass through the doors. Stellar employee!

I was running late from an orthopedic appointment and they held my appointment anyway. He was very courteous and quickly fixed the problem with my hearing aid. You guys are the best.
