I have been Dr. Michael Trotter patient for those 19 years. Before him was Dr Weinstein. I started with Dr. Weinstein, in 1989, and when he retired, Dr. Trotter took over his practice, and I plan to stay with him, and Midtown Urology for life...

After developing a condition which needed the attention of a urologist, I called several offices in Austin and was told the earliest appointment was 2 weeks out. I then called Dr Trotter's office, explained my situation, was asked to hold for a few minutes while they checked the schedule and was able to be worked in the next morning. I found Dr Trotter to be very competent, sensitive, friendly and concerned. He diagnosed my problem, answered all my questions and concerns, initiated a course of action and highly recommended I see a cardiologist to further investigate an area. I highly recommend Dr. Trotter. I found his staff to be very cooperative and friendly and eager to work with me on scheduling.

Doctor over schedules and doesn't leave enough time for patients.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Trotter and his staff. While scheduling my surgery did seem to take quite a bit of time, overall I was impressed with how friendly both he and his staff were during each of my visits. After surgery I had a complication and he was available at all hours to ensure I was properly cared for, would stop by and see me numerous times while I was in the hospital, and would even take the time out of his busy day to call me from his cell phone to check on my status. I highly recommend him!
