Horrible man and even a more Horrible doctor. Absolutely no heart and cruel.

I was in severe pain and Dr Weinberger helped me with great care. He made himself available when I needed him and his pain management treatments worked magic for me. I highly recommend him.

Extremely terrible bedside manner, very impatient and very judgemental. Insensitive to patients with severe pain, very quick to say without examination something as stressful " You might have a cancer, because you are smoker". I came in to see this doctor because of the old illness that intensified pain, medication wears off and pain became steady. Also my old doctor in the practice no longer there, so I had to see new doctor. His assistant came in to take a report and examination, spent one hour doing so. Dr. Weinberger came in later saying "I will take a report from my assistant", was back in 5 minutes and proceeded to ask all the same questions that his assistant already asked. I was highly disappointed with a visit and no longer wish to return to this practice.

This provider deserves 10 stars in my opinion! He is thorough, compassionate , and extremely competent in his care. I could barely take care of myself, suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck. I was told I needed surgery. I was at risk from pain medication addiction. He, and his team did an outstanding job in restoring my life to being pain free and functional! I cant thank him enough. He is a 5 star in my opinion.

I absolutely can not understand the bad reviews here.I recently saw Dr. Weinberger for the first time and he was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took plenty of time to explain benefits and risks of treatment and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or judged. Excellent bedside manner. Office staff is friendly and professional. Would recommend without hesitation!

Worst doctor I have EVER EVER EVER been to!!!! Horrendous bedside manner and not willing to help you. VERY VERY judgmental with only ONE point of view and no suggestions to help you while disregarding/negating your feelings. What a major disappointment. He shamed me for not being able to obtain 1 of the 5 things he requested of me in 4 weeks. I let him know I had the flu and just started a new job and recently moved, but flat out told me I failed... Who is paying for what service???? Please note - plan to spend between 1.5 to 2 hours in his office -- WAITING and then sitting there for an additional 30 minutes while he finally goes over your records you send weeks prior while he hums and haws and makes rash decisions in a rushed manner. He also did not recall most of what we discussed in my prior appointment other than his asks of me. I went back a second time knowing I didn't like him from the first appointment but thought I'd give it another chance (should have trusted my… gut feeling). BIG MISTAKE, run there are way too many exceptional doctors in NYC to give this lame excuse for a physician a chance!!!! BTW - His internist nervously laughed when I mentioned his bedside manner was awful but decided to return for second chance. She was the one on second apt I spent most time with... PS I never write reviews but was so put off I had to let others know so they don't waste their time like I did.

Even if I book the first appointment in the morning I usually end up sitting in the the waiting room for 2 hours and no one ever apologizes or explains the delay. Staff is terrible about returning calls. However I like Dr Weinberger and feel he genuinely cares about tearing patients's oain even if he apparently has no respect for their time.

Agree with everything first patient posted. Consultation was great and very thorough. Dr. responded to emails about my questions before the shot. During the day of the epidural, only saw the Dr. while I was waiting on my stomach. Treatment room did not look very sterile. Shot lasted 5-7 days. Sent two emails to Dr. after shot regarding protocol for follow up visit today regarding weight loss from shot and pain returning. No response at all from Dr. even though my email said I almost fainted from the pain. Was highly looking forward to my follow up visit today. Came to my office on Saturday and there was a message from the Dr's office at 5:30 cancelling my appointment saying Dr. Weinberger would not be in Monday. Can you believe it? Won't respond to my emails and then cancels my appointment!! lol. I also agree with the scrubs comment. I'm done with this guy. Also, why is clinic in an office bldg. with no A/C?

Absolutely ill managed office ! Have to make appointments and all other communications through a a second party which is not on premises, impossible to contact this physicians even when he requests that you do ! No continuity in care, had five visits and accomplished nothing. All documents provided ( records from past procedures ) not returned due to them not being in my chart. The ancillary staff ( medical assistants ) dress in scrubs and present themselves as if their knowledge base is far more that what it really is, severely over over estimating themselves.
