Dr. Michael Theodore Wenning, MD

Always on time. He's thorough and asks about all areas of my child's life (school, extracurriculars, etc.) Never a rush to increase meds. Supports psychological therapy in addition to his medical treatment. Interactions with my child are appropriate and respectful.

Dr. Wenning is an exceptional Dr., It is definitely NOT a production line, of Meds and onto the next Patient. Dr. Wenning really and truly cares deeply for the well-being of his Patients. Dr. Wenning is concerned about all other aspects of the Patients life, in School, and Activities and Home, and General Life Events. I have seen him decide on 'downing a dose' of something, or taking something away, which is a fear of too much drugs, a lot of Parents have, NO WAY!, He is a believer of Therapy and working with the person, in a kind and effective manner, to help them with their lives. Dr. Wenning has been a Dr. of our Daughter since a serious illness took hold at Age 4, now Age 9, that little girl has miraculously passed every grade, in regular School, Dr. Wenning has supported her in everyway. He works awesome with other Dr.'s, and Therapies, that are needed. For example, when needed our Daughter also dealt with Neurology, and Dr. Wenning would work closely with the Neurologist,… and do up any letter we needed for School, or other Health Professionals, Communication is second to none! The only issue we have ever had, and it hasn't been in the past year, and it WASN'T Dr. Wenning, but the Office. We had dealt with a rude Nurse, that caused some problems, but be assured the Office Manager Sherry, quickly dealt most professionally with the issue, (which was not an issue again), and Dr. Wenning also supported us, and was very kind and professional, towards the Family and (Child) Patient. There isn't enough I could say about him, but if there were 20 other Dr.'s at my front door, and we had to travel 25 miles on foot through a snow storm, to get to Dr. Wenning, we would still WANT to go to him, because he is an amazing Dr.! Hands Down, nobody is better!, and Our Therapist, Holly-Britt Warren, that is also excellent, and used to be a Co-Worker of Dr, Wenning's, also has nothing but positives to say about him, and would also recommend waiting to see him, even if it takes longer. And, he is always ready for every appointment with you, never late, in the 5+ years we've seen him. Thank you, Dr. Wenning!
