The staff is not accommodating. My first chemo administration was a good example. I sat in the chair for one hour and 15 minutes before anyone attended to me. They drew blood and then another half hour to wait for results!!! My goodness I the patient is not important. I watched others grabbing blankets. Apparently blankets are not offered by the nurses, we cattle have to grab them before they are gone.

Easy to talk with - you are more than just a number.

Excellent care presented to my husband, by the doctor & his grand staff.

I saw Dr W for over a year as my chemo oncologist. Was comfortable, but felt he sometimes discounted my feedback. My bad fortune that my nsclc was only slowed by chemo and radiation. Then in Dr's clinical trial things got complicated. Dr had to walk back gloom and doom prognosis he'd made 10 hours earlier and blamed others for after reviewing all available data. Will not accept responsibility.

He is an excellent doctor. Very, very nice and down to earth. I have been going to him for years.

Condescending and phony

Does not keep patient up to date of there progress. Difficult to get information when you need it. Starts as a nice person but then becomes aloof later on. Cannot recommend this doctor.
