Dr. Michael Joshua Wilhelm, MD

Unfortunately I didn't get a good service from Dr Wilhelm at Pikes Peak Ent in Colorado Springs. He wasn't very clear on explaining the problem; they billed me for a "Laryngoscopy" which was without explaining if it was necessary or not. Also, I had problem on getting the medicine from the pharmacy, it took almost a week until the pharmacy received his prescription order. Overall, very poor communication and service. NOT recommended.

My experience was much better than I expected. After years of suffering with sinus problems Dr. Wilhelm and staff were able to fix them with a simple in office operation. The results have been amazing. Dr. Wilhelm explained the procedure and his staff were very attentive. I felt very at ease even during the current virus outbreak.

We have seen a couple of Dr's about the issue my son has. Dr. Wilhelm was very open, honest and patient when I asked him a ton of questions.

This guy is uncaring, he won't listen to you properly, he will act as if you know nothing about your own body. Expect no answers to your phone calls, even when his aides mark it as "urgent". You earned it, 'doc'.

I highly recommend Dr. Wilhelm. My visit was very helpful and I was provided the tests and help that I needed. His care and concern for me as a patient was excellent. I appreciated his time and willingness to explain my condition to me and will certainly go back to see him.

Dr Wilhelm took time to listen to my concerns and provide me with best service he could. I continue to be his patient, due to respect I get when I am at his office from him and his staff. Beautiful new office and Briar Village Point. Recommend this office for sure.
