0 stars, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Dr Michael Williams performed my laparoscopic umbilical hernia repair. His surgery has left me with chronic nerve pain. Im in pain every second of my life with sharp aching pains, burning, and painful intimacy. I cant lift anything heavier than 10 pounds. Please seek a 2nd or 3rd doctors opinion. I miss my healthy life.

Complete Hack, left a large piece of surgical equipment in me for 5 days and didn’t notice until I was screaming in pain. Then he lied about it and denied any knowledge of it. BEWARE

Dr. Williams performed my umbilical hernia surgery and that seemed to have gone well. But 6wks later I had pain come back in my stomach. He acted like it was all in my head and had me book an appt for a week later. I ended up with an infection two days after I left there, not sure if it was from surgery or I got bitten by something in the middle of the night on my stomach that just happen to be 2 inches above my belly button incision. He told me I needed to quit acting like such a baby about it! That's not my personality at all, I don't go around whining or complaing about things. We are not talking about a mosquito bite, this was the size of the palm of my hand and was red and flaming hot and really swollen. A couple of days later he ended up having to lance it, at which time he told me I just needed to suck it up. He acted like I wasn't crying or carrying on, that wasn't the case at all. And even if I had of been, you don't talk to your patients that way. I paid him good money to do… my surgery, it wasn't like he did it for free. He treated me with such dissrespect and I didn't appreciate it. All of his office staff were super nice to me especially his office manager, she was very understanding. If your looking for a little human compassion in your Dr. you might want to look for a different Dr.

Dr. Williams completed emergency surgery on me that was not only successful but spectacular! He is very kind, caring, professional, top notch and gets the very complex surgery done fast when necessary!!

Dr Michael Williams and his staff is absolutely amazing! I recently had my surgery and leading up to no matter how many times I called and spoke with Jackie she was wonderful and helpful. Had surgery at the surgery center and the staff there was also amazing. Nurses were extremely helpful. Surgery was a success. No complications and surprisingly no pain around my incisions. I absolutely recommend this practice!

Incredibly unprofessional-taking a 'pot shot' when some one is having an endo? Telling a patient 'oh, you went from 4000 to 400 calories... (No, I had a bleeding ulcer- had I not INSISTED I would be dead now). Calls not returned, lied to the insurance company. Data integrity is 'iffy'. They think its 'funny' they can't get your gender, name or surgery right. 3 offices now? When one can't be managed? 1 year out of RNY & I am miserable. Does he or his staff care? Not in the least

Dr. Williams showed up 1 1/2 hours late for a endoscopic procedure the day after his office asked me if I could move my appt up. Did they not tell the doctor? Dr. Spent less than 5 minutes with me during recovery. He discovered numerous gastric polyps. Sent samples to pathology. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment in 1 week. One person in his office called to confirm Monday sppt. Nurse called several times but just said call back. She had no voice mail and I was told that she was off for 2 days. Guess what, nurse Dana was not off and called me during the time their office w a s closed for lunch. I called back after 1 pm several times and they were still closed for lunch. Finally spoke to Jackie and found out that my follow up appointment was cancelled. Could the nurse just tell me that on a message.?? I have no idea why I have over a dozen polyps or if I should be concerned. The practice also uses a secure patient portal but they didn't post my lab results and did not… respond to a message that I legt.

Dr. Williams is an excellent and attentive surgeon. His staff is amazing! I would recommend him to any friends or colleagues.

Dr. Williams is an excellent physican. He's very patient, compassionate and knowledgable.
