He ought to be disbarred! He operated on my eyelids and didn’t have one deadened so I felt it all! Very unprofessional!

Dr Yates does excellent work I would even say masterful in caring for patients. Thank God for such a Great Doctor!!

I had a breast reduction and Dr. Yates was extremely professional and had a good bedside manner. At my initial follow up appointment, I couldn't believe that the scarring was virtually nonexistent. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Yates performed a rhinoplasty on me a week ago, I’ve always wanted this procedure done and have always had certain expections for how I wanted my nose to look. Dr. Yates exceed those expectations I could not be more happy with my nose. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and did an amazing job. Could not be happier!

After finding out I had breast cancer a second time and needed a double mastectomy, I immediately started searching for the best plastic surgeon. Dr. Yates was highly recommended by other doctors, nurses, breast cancer patients, and websites, so I knew I was going with him. The entire experience was made so much easier to handle knowing I was in the capable hands of Dr. Yates and his staff. He did the surgery following my mastectomy to put in expanders. I had to wait until I had finished 6 months of chemo before I could begin my fills. Unfortunately, my father was diagnosed with brain cancer halfway through my treatment, and I moved back home to Tampa and Moffit to finish my treatment and be with my dad for his last days. I was told my Moffitt breast surgeon was the best. Sadly, he was not even close. Through several surgeries, he replaced my expanders with implants, then reconstructed my nipples using skin from my back. The nipples were so different looking and not even on the… same plane. My disappointment was so severe that I became depressed. I should have gone with my gut originally and gone back to Dr. Yates. So that is what I did...I traveled back up to Huntsville, stayed in a hotel in downtown HSV for two weeks, had revision surgery with Dr. Yates, and it was night and day!!! The staff was so accommodating, supportive, and helpful. Dr Yates worked his magic, and I felt like I could really start healing and moving beyond cancer. I will continue to travel to Dr. Yates for all of my plastic surgery needs in the future!! His compassion and skill is beyond compare! My breast reconstruction could not have gone more smoothly....his nurses, his surgical coordinator are absolutely professional and efficient. His demeanor is absolutely professional and at the same time very "at ease" ...and not to mention professional. All concerns were addressed, questions answered and fears allayed. He treats his patients with dignity and respect. I am SO SATISFIED WITH MY RESULTS DR. YATES......YOU HAVE HUNG THE MOON FOR ME! And I am very grateful.

Wonderful Doctor and Staff!

After 3 breast implants I started having lots of pain. All I wanted was them removed but Yates insist that newer better model implant would help my pain.. So I went out of office not knowing what to do. Finally got 2 more opinions. Choose another PS to do my surgery after having the implants removed and had a DIEP I've got no more pain and some awesome natural breast. Oh by the way the pain was all the scar tissue around the implant due to the lattusum mucsle having to be pulled around after Yates took out my second implants. Yates is so vain and cares nothing about your general health just wants to experience to see if his results are awesome. My breast never looked good even though he got a clean breast from the start I had a mastectomy due to breast cancer..

Lower body lift and breast lift. Loved Dr Yates personality. I was embarrassed about my body, but he made me feel at ease. Very attentive prior to surgery, not so much after surgery! Lower body lift scars look great- very neat and even all the way around! Breasts scars very neat and even. However, Dr Yates decided to place my nipples 3 centimeters lower than the standard and I am not happy with them. Basically, with nipples too low, breasts still look droopy. He offered to re-do them, but I will have to pay for All cost minus his fee. So, in addition to going through surgery again, and pain, and down time, I also have to pay to have my breasts re-done. However, I still trust him enough to let him re-do them. Also, when I expressed disappointment with my nipples being too low, his nurse, Jan, shamed and embarrassed me in front of my husband and made me cry! And I don't cry easily! But, his other nurse was great!

Dr. Yates performed my breast augmentation and I am very happy with the results, but I am not the only one! My 6-year-old daughter told my husband, "Mommy's boobies are GORGEOUS! They are prettier than pretty!" We all know how honest kids are. :)
