After being treated for 4 years for occasional bleeding after menopause, we finally got a 2nd opinion. Had stage 4 uterine cancer. Dr Beck-Torres prescribed rubbing testosterone cream into my wifes skin!! Patting her on the arm assuring her it was not cancer! GET A 2nd Opinion!!!

This doctor was the most ditsy doc I've ever met. She didn't listen to what I said nor read the forms that I filled out. I came for an annual exam which would be the time to address issues. The medical assistant informed me right away that this visit was for the annual exam only and that any issues would need to be adressed in a separate visit (i.e. More money for doc). The only positive thing was that they sent results of Pap smear within 5 days. I never returned to her and do not recommend her.

I have no idea how this doctor is because I couldn't even get in to see her. Twice, her office called me an hour or two before my appointment to tell me the doctor had a family emergency and had to cancel. The other appointment, I had to cancel, but the girl I spoke to apparently did not actually cancel the appointment when I called. So, I got a nasty phone call two days later, telling me that I had missed my appointment. I have a strict, 3 strikes= out policy. I'll be seeing another doctor.

When I requested for her to perform surgery to check if I had endometriosis, she said that I probably didn't have any, not to worry, 6 months later I got a second opinion, went in for laparoscopy, had massive endometriosis with adhesions to my bowel. Conclusion, now I have to get a hysterectomy and a bowel resection. This Dr. does not listen
