I was highly recommended to this place. It’s was more than I expected. I went in for routine labs but found out if I had a well woman my insurance would cover it 100 percent. AMAZING. I had needed one since I had a baby over a year ago. I saw Amanda there, let me start off by saying how fantastic she was. I had a horrible pregnancy and my ob had missed me having gestational diabetes leading my son to have issues when he was born so I wasn’t very trusting. Within 30 mins I trusted her with my life ??. She was knowledgeable, sweet, and compassionate. She was able to figure out rather quickly that I was having hormone issues. And I’ll never be able to show her how grateful I was because my hair was literally falling out and I couldn’t figure out why! (Like balding falling out). I had blood taken and within 24 hrs I had my results! She saved my life by saving my hair. I’m done having children so she’s it for me. I would follow her anywhere! I highly hope everyone chooses this place! You… will not find better! I’ll be sending everyone I know!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I’ve been coming to this business for 7 years and haven’t had any complaints. However, once they moved locations, everything went downhill. Idk if they got new staff or management but this is ridiculous. I came in and gave a urine sample and called to check on it after I hadn’t received the results that week. They said they would call me when the results came in. 2 weeks later, still nothing. So I call to check on it. This time I was given an attitude as if I was annoying insisting that they would get back to me when they had them. Another 2 weeks go by and I can’t help myself to call. They decided to check with the lab this time and come to find out, they never tested the sample. And get this, they still charged me for it!!! On top of that, I came in for a problem I was having, Amanda said it was nothing and not to worry about it. I came back a month later as it had only got worse, and she said the same thing. Come back another month later, same… problem but worse again and she told me yet again the same thing. So I take matters into my own hands and go to a dermatologist. Amanda misdiagnosed me when led me to needing a procedure that costed me $400 because of how bad it had gotten. Idk about me; but if I had a patient come in with the same problem and it only got worse over time, I would either try to do more research or refer them to someone else because I clearly don’t know what it is. I then go in for a well woman and was told my swab would be covered under insurance as I’m a 21 year old living on my own and can’t afford unnecessary bills. She even said it would be a teaching moment because she misdiagnosed me. Well of course I get a bill for my swab and when I call to ask about it the lady said “she didn’t say that to you, she wouldn’t say that to you”. So they’re going to charge me $70 for something I was told was covered when the $400 I payed for my procedure was Amanda’s fault? I’m appalled with the way Blackwell allows her business to run. All of their bad reviews say her staff it rude and incompetent and I couldn’t agree more. No one ever go here.

My husband and I have known Dr. Blackwell for many years. She delivered our fourth child. She is always very warm, professional and always takes care of me. I recently visited her new facility and her staff there was very professional and courteous. As a nurse and patient, I would recommend Dr. Blackwell to anyone.

Dr. Blackwell is a great doctor however her office staff is a different story. They lost my paperwork so they cancelled my appointment. You read that right, they could not access my paperwork so they refused to see me and did not offer an alternative other than to reschedule me. My time is important to me. I would not recommend her office simply because her staff is incompetent and rude.

Dr Blackwell might be a great and all but beware, in my case, her office will run multiple pathology tests that cost me $85 each after insurance payments that added up to a bill for over $650 for me when my daughter went to have a yeast infection examained. One of my other OB Gyns said they can do it with 3 tests max!!! Got no explanation why so many other than the doctor but their PA ordered them. I changed doctors to find one that I could trust....what is the arrangement with the pathology company that they use anyway??? When I disputed all the tests and refused to pay the bill until I got an answer (Which never came), my daughter started to get calls from a collection agency six months later. I'm sure they have ruined her credit, not that she had any but what a way to start out for her.

I've been going to Dr Blackwell for several years and she is wonderful. She sends lots of time with you and explains everything to you so you can understand it.

Dr. Blackwell is a fantastic physician! She listened to my concerns, determined a diagnosis and treatment plan, and explained everything. I actually look forward to my follow up visit to discuss my progress and make adjustments to my treatment if necessary.

The front desk girl (Destiny) is short and rude. She called to confirm my appointment and as soon as I confirmed she hangs up on me. Not the first time this girl has been short and rude. I saw Dr. Blackwell and she was amazing! She addressed any concerns I had and was really concerned about any issues I had. I only wished the doctors themselves would call with any results sent back from the labs. They have the front desk girls call and when you have any questions regarding your results they act like we should already know the answer, come on now!

I have been a patient of Dr. Blackwell for 10+ years. I have chosen to remain her patient as she has changed offices. She is always friendly and professional and spends time asking questions and explaining everything.

I think Dr. Blackwell is an awesome doctor. she and her staff are so nice! i have never been in another doctor's office where everyone!!! is nice. She went way beyond what any other doctor would normally do to fix my problem. I appriciate her very much! and would reccomend her anytime!!!
