Dr. Michele Columbo, MD

Dr. Columbo should retire. He is a horrible Dr and Person. His staff is rude and not willing to assist a patient. The Dr will not return calls. You have to go back and forth with a receptionist. There are many other Drs that actually care about their patients so don't go to Dr Columbo. I would give 0 Stars if they would let me.

This practice came after me for a couple of small copays which I was unaware of since I had paid it every visit. The Drs wife is now managing the business. I was contacted in the office to call this woman and she proceeded to berate me. We battled on the phone for a half hour, As I attempted to explain that I had every intention of paying any balance and that my family and myself had been patients there for decades. This woman made me feel like a criminal, so offended. I had an appointment today which was made last week(almost a year after incident and the office called and asked me to not return, knowing that I was out of asthma medication. I can’t believe how I was treated by this professional medical practice . All misunderstanding. What was once friendly office has been seized by a billing person. Happy to go elsewhere, if that’s how they treat patients now.
