ATTN NEW PATIENTS: I selected Jasper Dentistry to become my dentist 3 months ago as they seemed very personable and professional. I was ok waiting the 3 months as a first time patient to get on the list for what seemed like a great dentistry practice. Prior to scheduling my first appointment I spoke extensively with the staff about what should be expected during my first visit and had my records (including all xrays) transferred to Jasper. A handful of days ago I received a text reminding me my visit was coming up and gave Jasper a call to confirm they received my records and xrays to which they confirmed, yes. It came as a surprise to me today, during my first visit while I’m sitting in the examination chair, that I find out that the Jasper Dentistry practice requires a full set of 18 xrays (which insurance only allows every 3 years). They had my full mouth panorama xrays from my previous dentist but they refused to accept them. Not only was it embarrassing, but I waisted… scheduled time away from work as well as 3 months waiting in line to become a patient. My advise for Dr. Jasper and her practice to please have your staff communicate to new patents the actual requirement’s to becoming a patient of your practice. By being caught off guard at the last second I felt entrapped and my trust was lost. There was ample opportunity for this requirement to be communicated. By not being told the real truth I felt I was being lied to and is that how any new patient wants to feel.

The place is very clean and organized! Prices are very reasonable for this area. Highly recommend this dental office.

I have been a patient of Jasper Dentistry for over 20 years and I have always been perfectly satisfied! Their team is awesome and they take time to make sure you are comfortable and informed of your dental needs. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!!!

The hygenist was gentle yet effective. Dr. Anderson was knowledgable for her age. The office was well decorated and VERY clean. Usually people hate the dentist, but I loved it here!

Great family oriented practice that takes cares of any dental problems you have with care and empathy! I will be using Jasper Dentistry from now on!

Dr. Jasper and her staff are consistently welcoming, on time, and make me and my family feel like we are being very well taken care of! We have been patients for over 20 years and whenever I have had a problem the staff is quick to get me in! We couldn't be more pleased!
