Dr. Michele Lehr Neblock, MD

She violated HIPAA practices without my consent to obtain medical information. I have filed a complaint against her for the unauthorized uses of my PHI. My HIPAA form strictly states she is not allowed to outsource any medical records whatsoever and she does so anyways without fear of patient having knowledge of their HIPAA privacy rights. She is rude and very unethical in every aspect. It's past time for her to retire or at least take classes on how to appropriately disclose and use HIPAA rather than violate her patients rights.

Awful doctor sends you to a specialist when you usually can't afford one. Assumes everyone is a drug seeker..I suggest going to a different town...

She seems knowledgeable. She will not see you for multiple issues. I went in for a check up and asked to have something else checked out and she told me to come back at another appointment. So far, this has happened twice. Doctors must get paid for each individual diagnosis. I guess she puts money ahead of the client's time.
