Dr. Michele Denise Trippel, MD

FANTASTIC!

I was looking for a Dr after my former PCP went to a concierge type practice a few years ago. I had bounced around from Dr to Dr never expecting to find another Dr that I liked. With the way insurance is these days, it seemed like finding a Dr that cared was impossible. I stumbled upon Dr Trippel by accident when I moved back to the Leesburg area and needed a PCP that was close. She is very personable. Actually talks to me. Never seems to be in a rush . Really has spent time with me during the appointments. It's NOT an open the door, rush to look at eyes, ears, nose, mouth and listen with a stethoscope and then rush out the door. She takes the time to listen before and as well as the exam goes on. I can't say enough about her. Drs and Dentists are things I rarely if ever recommend, but Dr Trippel is the exception.

I have read the other reviews and agree with some of the comments related to the receptionist. For me personally, i could care less about my experience with the receptionist (although mine was OK). My main reason for seeing Dr. Trippel is Dr. Trippel herself--top notch in every category. i want to make sure i am getting the best medical advise/guidance, which is what i know i get here...

You can't find better care. She is attentive, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and has the every quality you would want in a health professional. She is simply the BEST!

Easy to make an appointment for an annual physical. However, it is impossible to get an appointment in a timely fashion for any acute illnesses. My spouse and I have ended up having to use walk-in clinics or ER for almost everything, despite trying to make an appointment at the office. The secretary is exceedingly rude and "plays the middle-man" (her words) for the MD. We have felt that we cannot get a message or concern through to the MD during illnesses. My spouse and I have both recently left the practice.

Dr.Trippel is very nice, competent, and happy person, but her receptionist is very moody and rude.

Loved having Dr. Trippel as my doctor when we lived in northern VA. She listens and is an excellent diagnostician.

I called the office as a new patient wanting to see the doctor. When I had to call and reschedule my appointment for another day and ask a question about my insurance the receptionist was very rude. You could tell she was just trying to hurry me off the phone, and was not helpful AT ALL. Had a bad attitude! I cancelled my appointment altogether! You lost a new client.

Used to like her. She is a great doctor, but her staff is horrible. The staff and doctor violate HPPA by talking about patient's concerns loudly over the phone in front of other waiting patients. The nurses are totally incompetant.

Dr. Tripple, although very quick with you at times, is very considerate and loving & helps with care. If you can get past her rude, inconsiderate receptionist, then it is worth seeing her! Receptionist has no patients, clearly hates people & her job so why work at a Doctor's office where people come to be HELPED??
