Dr. Michele Marie Turner, MD

Service has gone downhill. I am just disappointed in Dr. Turner. She has been my PCP since 2021 and overall I always felt she was positive and willing to help me. Over the past 2 years I noticed she doesn't listen to me, she brushes off my concerns. The last straw was this month, I am diabetic and it is recognized as a disability by the ADA and she stated diabetes is not a disability. I did not ask her for disability insurance, I simply just needed a letter so I can get accommodations. It's just shocking and sad. I wish she would brush up on her skills as times are changing there's research happening everyday. I'm switching to a new Dr. Wish her best, but I would not recommend Dr. Turner.

If I can give zero stars, I would. She’s lazy, lacks empathy, and was no help what so ever. She completely dismissed my issue. She’s literally getting paid to do nothing. Horrible doctor.

Very unhappy! If I could give zero stars I would. This MD is completly "burnt out". Every doctor's visit I have had with her she is completly lazy. Does not address any of my medical issues. She is quick to pass the problem on to another dept. I scheduled an appointment 4 months in advance for a routine physical exam with a pap smear. When I arrive at my visit her response is "I don't usually do pap smears, but I guess I can do it". It has been one thing after another that she totally passes on to someone else. I can not believe Kaiser has these types of clinicians representing them. Stay away from her she is completly useless. You will be wasting your time.

She completely dismissed my symptoms saying kidneys don’t cause pain so maybe I have back pain not kidney pain. Then I expressed my concern for easily brushing all over without cause and she didn’t even ask to see the bruises she said some people are like that they bruise easily and that’s just the way they are. So I guess unless I walk in there hemorrhaging or lose a kidney she won’t even do anything oh and let’s not forget my low bp and low protein levels yet she said I’m causing my protein to drop because I’m drinking too much water then as I walk out the nurse says remember to drink plenty of water for your low bp.

Made a same day appointment, saw her in the afternoon. Pleasant, direct and factual. Made a diagnoses and sent me on the way. As always the nurse practitioners at Kaiser are where the time and detailed care takes place. Nothing but praise for them.

I had been to the ER with debilitating abdominal pain, but my insurance changed to Kaiser so I ended up seeing her. She was cold, demeaning and patronizing. She told me that since the hospital had done an ultra sound, in order not to expose me to further radiation she was unwilling to refer me for the recommended tests. I disagreed with her and she gave me a referral to a psychiatrist and said there was no medical basis for my pain. It turns put I gave pancreatic cancer. I could have started treatment when I first went to see her, but due to her incompetence I was stuck till I could change Insurance - I got a new Dr in Kaiser, but all the notes are connected, so her opinion and misdiagnosis carried for over 2 years. This so called Dr has a lot to answer for.

She misdiagnosed me several times. I would go for a physical check up and would not even do any test except a Pap smear. I almost died because of her. I needed surgery right away, and she sent me away with anti acid medicine when I needed a gallbladder surgery? Please don't have her as your doctor. I do not recommend her at all.

I went to go see Dr. Turner for a Physical but all that was preformed durning my visit was a Pap smear. She quickly asked me if I had any questions and then was quickly out the door. I did do blood work as when I checked the results online I noticed my levels were high, still waiting for her to notice and contact me. I tried contacting her and her nurse called me back but I missed the call. I have called back three times now and no one has even attempted to call me back. Another note would be her not bothering to read my chart and not knowing about previous conditions and had no concern with even checking the simplest of things, my heart or lungs. Her nurse did more than she did.

I was over 5 weeks pregnant when I had the displeasure of meeting Dr. Turner. I had abnormal bleeding and was very distraught. After I explained to her all that had happened and the fact that I had been bleeding for over a week now she said there is nothing we can do and sent me home! She did not even check me! Did not even touch me. Did not send me to an OBGYN! No blood work! Nothing. Sent a pregnant woman who was bleeding home! Didn't even bother calculate how many weeks I was etc. I went home sobbing. Went to a private specialist the very next day who told me this was a very serious situation and to go back to Kaiser and demand to see an OBGYN immediately; which I did. The OBGYN who saw me couldn't believe that Turner had just sent me home! As it turned out I was losing the baby and I eventually did. Dr. Turner is the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. She is uncaring and irresponsible. I don't think she should practice medicine at all because she is clearly not qualified.… Stay away from her.

The Worst Doctor Ever!! Does not know anything!! Should NOT be a Doctor!! My mom is in STAGE IV Breast Cancer Because of Her HORRIBLE CARE!!!!!! We are Speaking to Lawyers!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS Doctor!!!
