Dr. Ziskind is the best kind of doctor: She is caring, talented, and knowledgable. She sets you at ease immediately and skillfully handles filler, laser, and ordinary skincare procedures. Her office staff is friendly, and that's helpful because she's pretty popular.

Dr Ziskind is a wonderful Dr! Her staff-another story! I had been trying to get in for a long time- leaving messages and my calls were never returned. Lately they have been using an answering service all day to take messages and there seems to be some disconnect as to what is relayed and who will take ownership of it. Recently I had a loss of power and I had to cancel an appt for the next day- I cancelled well within 24 hours- and called several times to leave a message with the answering service because I wanted to make sure that they got my cancellation- and asking for a call back to reschedule. Never heard back. Two weeks go by and I got a bill for $75.00 for a missed apt. When I tried to talk it through with the office manager she basically called me a liar saying I didnt leave a message within 24 hours of the appt and was very rude saying I would have to pay the fee. My father is on oxygen and I didn't want to leave him with no power to go to an appt! These people are heartless.… When looking for another dermatologist I reached out to a friend of mine who is a Dr and she said she was not surprised to hear about this as she has heard similiar complaints from other people.The one time I was able to get an appt a few years ago- I had to wait about 10 minutes before the poerson behind the glass talk to me- she was to busy talking about her weekend with another employee.

Michele Ziskind, MD is a dedicated and brilliant dermatologist. She gives her patients the time they need and is responsive to their situations and provides great care and solutions.

Dr Ziskind has employed a Physician Assistant who is very unkind, clueless and very impatient. Sadly, after many years I’ll have to find a new dermo.

Dr. Ziskind has treated me, my sisters, and mom for many years. She is our first choice for a doctor even though he office does have long wait times. This wait time howe er is due to the fact that Dr. Ziskind spends an incredible and unmatched amount of time with her patients one-on-one.

I’ve been using Dr. Ziskind for over 25 years. She is an excellent and caring doctor. She is very compassionate and very down to earth. She spends a great deal of time with you and writes everything down for you with instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Ziskind!

I began to see Dr. Ziskind when she opened her practice many years ago. She's an excellent dermatologist - second to none. She has a lovely manner, she's very caring, extremely thorough and she's the best in every way. Her office staff is very nice as well.

Dr. Ziskind's thoroughness and accuracy in diagnosis is the most important of all the above ratings.

Dr. Ziskind's answering service and front staff are absolutely terrible. Everytime I call I get nothing but attitude. Important messages have been left for Dr. Ziskind several times and nothing is heard in return. I will not be going back again.

Horrible wait times, no respect for the patients, rude and unprofessional office staff.
