Dr. Michelle Alexandre, MD

She is disgustingly rude and demeaning. I am appalled that she is a physician.

This woman is a terrible person. I don't understand how anyone would ever hire her. She treats people like they are dirt and could care less about her patients. She is currently in trouble for billing fraud in Illinois and is an absolute headcase. She needs serious help.

This doctor is so miserable, she wants her patients to be like her. You have been warned. AVOID her at all cost. The good reviews must be from her friends. She’s far from caring and is a complete liar. She documented that I was seeking “illegal drugs” for a refill on a prescription I’m already on. She was upset because I didn’t want her to bill me for something I already had done at the previous clinic. The only reason I wanted to change providers is because of how close this clinic would be for me. She also has a bad track record at another facility. Do your research on this lady. She shouldn’t have a medical license.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this doctor’s office. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional as well as the doctor.unorganized...

I would never recommend this physician to anybody. Please seek better options.

Doctor is the most caring person she always takes the time to ask about my family. I’ve never once heard her be disrespectful to anyone not even her staff who are all so awesome and kind. I would recommend everyone I know to her.

Dr was a great help with getting us set up for the MMJ program highly recommend her to anyone !

Do not do your clinical rotations ever with this doctor. I repeat DO NOT DO YOUR ROTATIONS WITH HER. If she is your family physician you are better off dead. This is me sugar coating it. Its actually worse than this.

Very rude person answering the phone, hung on me twice and refused to give me the fax # of the office. I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager. I was simply trying to get the fax number for a previous pt. of that office to request medical records. She refused to give me the # and told me to google it myself. NO STARS FOR THE STAFF

Office is not up to par. Staff is extremely unprofessional and Dr. Alexandre appeared to be eithet drunk or hi (pupils were DIALATED) while my childs examination was being done. She also seemed very moody and condescending to her own staff. Another issue I found strange was the fact that my childs blood was withdrawn 3 times and the topic of copay was more important and focused on than it seemed than medical attention. Stay away from this place and take your children to a more caring Doctor that doesn't seem hi!
