Dr Michelle Andre went above and beyond to help find out what was wrong with me. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have Medicaid and as you see below they say they take Medicaid. Once I stated going there they said they did not accept Medicaid. I was stuck with a bill I could not pay. When I called and talked to them about them personally telling me I take Medicaid the response was " the billing woman didn't know what she was doing and that was why she wasn't there anymore. It was my responsibility to pay for the bill. So because one of there staff members made a mistake I was stuck with a bill. I would not recommend them to anyone. The receptionist has an attitude out of this work. I do like the nurse practitioner though.

She did not come to meet me until my third visit and then I only saw her three times my whole pregnancy! Every time I needed her in my prefnancy bc of headache etc my issues weren't resolved quickly! If you want a doctor that treats you well and not like a number do not go to her she seems to have better things to do than care for her patients!
