Dr. Michelle Denise Barnes Marshall, MD

She has been my go to doctor when it comes to my kids from birth. I have 4 kids now, and her knowledge is over the top great. Honestly more knowledgeable then hospital doctors and I know that from experience of a misdiagnosis that could have been harmful to my child. Easy to schedule emergency appointments. The staff have been there for years my oldest is 13 so we are pretty familiar with the staff and background of dr. barnes

It seems unbelievable that a front desk staff could be such an urban mess. They speak very loud and the information is almost always wrong. They fail to greet you when you enter the practice. It is sad that a doctor would allow these people to be the face of their practice.

Dr. Barnes is a great pediatrician. It's her staff -- both the receptionist and one of the nurses -- who have awful attitudes. More importantly, they were clueless about our insurance, overcharged us for routine administrative services, and gave our child a vaccine at the wrong time so we need to start the clock again for the booster.
