I’ve seen Dr. B several times and she always listens to me which is a rarity in today’s medical world. I’m moving soon and will definitely miss not being able to see her for my medical issues.

On a Saturday I went in for an infected sebaceous cyst which my family doctor and my doctor daughter had seen a photo of and BOTH told me I needed to have it lanced. Dr B prescribed an antibiotic for me, even after I told her that my PCP had advised me against antibiotics due to a previous issue with them! Dr B also DID NOT do anything about the cyst [which needed to be drained] other than draw a circle around it with marker and tell me that if the redness went beyond the line to go to the Emergency Room ASAP! I left feeling as if I'd wasted my time going there! On Sunday afternoon I went to my daughter's location and she took me to an Express Care there where the doctor on duty DID drain the cyst and did not prescribe an antibiotic and told me to follow up with my PCP, which I have done.

Thank you, Dr Bissuti, for the patience you show towards me. Your bedside manner is pleasant while teaching me everything I need to know to care for my conditions. I hadn't taken care of my health during my younger years and now I'm paying the price. It's nice to have you as a partner on my journey to better health.
