So happy I found Dr. Campbell and her staff, we love going to see her, her staff and her little doggies!

Dr. Campbell is THE most compassionate dr I have ever been too. She listens, asks questions, smiles & laughs with you and gives the help needed - whatever that might look like.

When I go see Dr. Campbell, she treats me like family, I love her and the office staff at her practice. All reveiws I give to Dr. Campbell is 5 star service and service to the whole person. She always have and always will be my Doctor

I haven't had the greatest experiences with Virginia physicians, but I checked her reviews and decided to give her a chance. OMG..She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, and is very caring. She is the first doctor I've come in contact with to know about my disorder without having to look it up or ask me to explain what it is. She is also very good with my teenage son who doesn't open up yo anyone. She has a very warm and welcoming spirit about her. The staff is great and the pups are the cutest????. If I could give her more stars....she is the best!!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new PCP. I selected Dr. Campbell due to her fantastic online reviews, and she was even better than expected. I could go on for hours, but the biggest thing for me was that she's the first doctor that I have ever truly trusted. She spent a lot of time asking questions about my medical history, allowed me to ask questions, and was never judge-y. I did want to respond to the negative reviews on here regarding her staff. Both of the receptionists and nurse were very professional, kind, and efficient, and I didn't have any problems with them whatsoever. Regarding time: I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment time as instructed, but was not called in by the nurse until about an hour later. She spent about 15 minutes with me doing the usual weigh in, height, blood pressure, etc, but also spent time asking some background questions, which I felt was very efficient. In doing so, we realized that my appointment was for one specific… area, but that a general physical had not been part of the scheduling. She asked me if I wanted her to add it on, which I did. No questions asked! At my previous doctor, I would have had to schedule a whole separate appointment. Once Dr. Campbell came in, she spent a good 45 minutes with me and never once made me feel like she was in a hurry and that I was just another part of her paycheck. In fact, we ended up adding another test that took more time- again, to not have to schedule and pay for another separate appointment was much appreciated. So, in closing, yes- the appointment took longer than I had anticipated, but it was DEFINITELY worth the wait. I would have waited even longer for Dr. Campbell's bedside manner, kindness, and knowledge!

Changed my dosage of meds when I felt well. My labs were fine. I begged her not to lower it, but she did anyway. Resulted in heart palpations. Took me 4 years to finally find a practice that just put me back at the dosage I felt well on and the issue was resolved.

I had my first visit a couple of months ago. Dr.Michelle treats you like a person. She has great bedside manner. Overall have had a great experience. I am an adult with ADHD and anxiety. I told her what medications work, and she didn't treat me like a drug abuser, or send me off to multiple professionals to get another diagnosis. I hands down love this doctor.

So really cared about me and my issues and gave graet care to resolve my problem.

I have enjoyed having Dr. Campbell as my physician for over a year now. She is very understanding and takes the time to listen. Her follow-ups are very appreciated and her front staff works with me on my co-pays and making sure they maximize my insurance benefits! ���� Thank you dr.
