She was kind, caring , smart and compassionate. just wish I could have gotten in sooner!

No eye contact--felt rushed. Phone calls returned in 3-7 days--too long. Not impressed with assistant--Nichol. Left your office for a different Dr.

I had recurrent thyroid cancer. My surgery was in texas last year. I was freaking out. I think her bedside manner was great. She explained things to me that made sense. I had a good experience at this office.

Bad experience. Would not go back.

Very rude staff. Nurses did not followup or answer questions for several weeks. Ofc Mgr, who is very condescending, actually looked up email conversations from the nurse to the doctor and the questions that the nurse submitted were not the questions I asked...and she actually argued that the nurse had "everything in order"...I know the questions that I asked and wouldn't be calling back if they were answered. I requested several times that the doctor call me and she never did. Finally ended up switching to another endocrinologist. Very disappointing as it took over 2 months to get an appt, then waited almost an hour to see the doctor at that appt. Subsequent visit did not go better. Definitely does not care about her patients.

When my sister went to her, she scheduled a blood test and then knew immediately that my sister needed a thyroid blocker. She offered 2 medications, and one is working just fine. She solved a problem that more than 5 previous doctors could not seem to find or understand and it only took one visit.

Had to wait a bit to get an appointment, but it wasn't any emergency. She is worth the wait, smart and caring. I'm glad I finally found an endocrinologist I can trust!!!

Dr cassara is a great diabetic doctor she makes you feel comfortable about having diabetes and she knows how to get you back on track when your sugars are out of control thank you Dr. Cassara

Her manner was very professional and caring which was a nice change for an endocrinologist. I went in to see her for problems that I was having with my Hasimoto's and she didn't seem to know how to help except raise my levels of Levothyroxine. Since I was already having trouble with the medicine at the current level I refused. Since she was not able to understand how to help me, she wrote a prescription for the same level and told me I didn't need to return for another visit. I am now at half the dose she had me on and a new doctor has helped address my problems, my TSH is finally in range.
