Dr. Chong was my doctor through four pregnancies. She goes above and beyond being 'just your doctor'. She would ask about my family or vacations that I went on. She listens to your needs and is flexible with your wishes, as long as it is safe. Dr visits were quick and easy.

Dr. Chong is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner. She treats me as if I am her only patient and by using the patient portal, I am able to reach her and her staff with ease and receive prompt responaes

I did not feel rushed during my appointment at all. Dr. Chong took time to answer all of my questions, she seems to have a very open and warm personality, which I appreciate greatly. She was also very thorough with all explanations and exam. I am so pleased to have found such a great doctor. I would definately recommend her to anyone.

I chose to go to Dr.Chong despite the reviews I've seen online about her office staff, but I have yet to have a negative experience. Yeah her staff is quick and to the point when they talk to you but in no manner have they been rude to me. The nurses there are very attentive and do their job quick and efficiently and I can appreciate that. They always make me feel safe and comfortable. Dr.Chong is very attentive and sweet as well. I never feel rushed when I go to an appointment. She takes her time to explain everything to me and answer any and all questions i may have. I love Dr.Chong and I will continue to use her through this pregnancy and any future ones as well(:

Dr. Chong was very nice and courteous but her nurse assistant was rude and kept looking at me and my daughter like she was judging us. My daughter was the patient and she's 16. I wasn't surprised that the dr examined her with me in the waiting room but I was shocked that the dr never even spoke with me after she examined my daughter. All the information I got was from my daughter.

Front desk receptionist leaves a lot to be desired. Dr. Chong and the rest of her staff are amazing.
