Michelle was very kind. Very clear about what I needed to do, was medically competent and socially well integrated. She seems to go to a length to make sure I had all the information I need about my appointment and medical condition.

The provider was very helpful and caring. I felt like she understood what was going on with me and had some good ideas about what to do. She's very nice. If I were you, I would give her a raise to keep her here. On another note, your questionnaire asks if I called the office recently. I never call the office anymore, I use MyChart to communicate.
