I have been a Patient of Dr Michelle Feast for over 20 years ...and her office has changed over the years for the worst...they don't call you with results of your test.. to get prescription renewed you need to make appointment and your not even sick...so you are charge for a visit not as a routine...when you do see doctor there is always a few student that come in with doctor... that is always uncomfortable and waiting time is always hours...and I could go on... i''m done with time practice.....

I have been with Dr Festa for over 20 years- I followed her from Cooper to Virtua. She is an excellent doctor, spends time with you, listens and doesn't dismiss you or your concerns. I am completely satisfied with her but do not like the Virtua practice. I do not go to the doctor often, but the last 2 times (over 2 years) I waited in the exam room for over an hour before being seen. I tried to make a sick visit and was told if I want to see Dr. Festa the wait is a week or more- completely unacceptable.

I've been going to Dr. Festa for over twenty years and followed her from Cooper Medicine to Virtua. She is simply outstanding, and I wouldn't want to see any other Dr. I have tried others when she hasn't been available, and haven't found anyone whom I could compare to her excellent care and bedside manner. She is thorough, lets no stone go unturned, and always gets to the bottom of things. I have complete confidence in her diagnoses and treatments. Unfortunately her Virtua Office in Medford is extremely difficult to deal with and its very challenging to get an appointment when you are actually sick and need to get an important fairly quickly. I've stayed with her because of her, not Virtua. But I am getting frustrated with having to deal with her office. I wish she were an independent. as she's the best dr. I've experienced in my 62 years!
