We have used Dr. Fowers for years - she is fantastic. We love her. Full stop. We also really like the other doctors in the practice and the people who work there. However, ever since they were taken over by Baylor Scott and White the customer service has been insanely bad. I have yet to call them when I have been on hold waiting for a human voice for less than 15 minutes (and that's w/ the cell phone telling me how long I've been listening to horrible hold music, not an exaggerated guess). It is absurd.

Dr. Fowers is fantastic, I can't say enough. We have been seeing her for over 10 years and travel 30 min because we don't want to change.

Do not use this Doctor. She does not care about patients she is in it for the money. She has horrible bed side manners. DO NOT USE HER!!!!!!!!!!

Both of my kids are patients of Dr.Fowers. My son was very sick on a Friday night and she was very concerned that she would even call me during the weekend to see how he was doing, I have never had this attention from any other doc. I would never leave she is awesome and is always giving us advise I just love her and my kids do too.
