Michelle Garcia, APRN

Michelle Garcia, APRN, is an adult-gerontology advanced practice registered nurse who provides primary care for patients ages 16 and older. After more than a decade as a registered nurse, Michelle moved into primary care with a clear purpose: to help patients prevent illness, understand their health and build habits that support long-term wellness. Her nursing background includes emergency medicine, cardiac progressive care, interventional radiology, behavioral health and adult primary care. That range gives her a practical perspective on how chronic illness can affect daily life and how prevention, education and small, sustainable changes can make a meaningful difference. Patients can expect a supportive, welcoming environment where they feel heard, respected and included in their care. Michelle especially enjoys caring for families and values the relationships that develop when a provider can care for multiple generations. She is also passionate about helping adolescents transition …from pediatric care into adult primary care with confidence and support. Michelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from Seminole State College in Sanford, Florida, an Associate of Science in Nursing from AdventHealth University in Orlando, Florida, and an Associate of Arts from Seminole State College.
Michelle is committed to offering both traditional and holistic options to achieve the best possible outcomes and honor each patient’s body, mind and spirit. Her approach emphasizes prevention, education, lifestyle change and care that reflects each patient’s goals.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys kayaking, cooking, deep-sea fishing and traveling.
