I encountered this woeful individual when I was hospitalized in 2013 for a week with a condition that had nothing to do with my heart function although I received a medication that was to slow my heartbeat and additionally my blood pressure med was doubled while being treated. Upon discharge, I was issued a small amount of the heart med plus two prescriptions for the new pills and to cover the extra pills needed to increase my dosage as required. Submitting these to my mail order pharmacy, I realized after two weeks that nothing was forthcoming and in calling the pharmacy to inquire of the orders status I was told that the prescriptions were improperly written and useless. They had unsuccessfully attempted to contact the miscreant by Fax and phone and when I phoned her office,at varied times, no one answered nor was there any explanatory message. Subsequently, my PC doctor told me not to take the heart med or continue doubling the other one and while at the hospital I inquired as to… her whereabouts and was told that she no longer worked there. This is not malicious but an honest relating of my experience.
