Dr. Michelle Mauree Haszto, OD

This woman is a repulsive individual. My coworker recommended her and I will never go back. During the exam I was charged $95 because she doesn’t accept Medicare, and she spent most of the time talking about people on welfare and medical assistance she is awful. I was told I had cataracts and was sent for cataract surgery. After my surgery I was sent back to her for 6 week check. She charged me $83 for the follow up and scheduled a 8 week check where she charged me another $83. Shes a complete scam I don’t advise anyone going to her! I’ve paid over $200 for a mediocre eye exam. Best advice I can give anyone with cataracts is have an ACUTAL MD do your post op care!! I plan on reporting her to the state board.

I would Recommend Her to everyone Excellent care and knowledge of eye disorders. I have been going to her for 10 years. The previous negative review didn't know all the details of the situation he is describing. Its easy to criticize some one when you don't understand all the details of what they thought was occurring.

My son and I have been going to Dr. Haszto for years. She is always pleasant, polite, and thorough. She always gives options for glasses or contacts and never tries to push expensive frames on you. I would highly recommend her! The staff are always very good as well.

I arrive to my scheduled appt at 12:00, was greeted by the staff and taken back for a pre-exam. I was given 16 papers to fill out which was ridiculous! I waited almost an hour for a simple eye exam! The staff was very apologetic which was nice. The optometrist comes out and was extremely rude to one of the employees in front of everyone in the waiting area. This was uncalled for! then during my exam she continued to talk down about the people working there! And how she is not affiliated with walmart and that she wouldn't recommend ordering here! I was shocked and disgusted by her behavior! I feel bad for those employees and I will never give get another exam from such a vial person!

This is the most outstanding eye doctor that I have ever encountered. She has discovered conditions that other doctors have missed or misdiagnosed
