Today, I made my first appointment. Everything was just fine until I received a call saying that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. Meanwhile, I have made arrangements at work with my coworkers for the schedule. This lady told me that there was another patient that scheduled the same day and same time and because I’m a new patient, they need to reschedule mine. Very rude , unprofessional and discriminatory statement. If this is the way they handle things even if I have not been there yet, I don’t want to imagine how they treat people in the office. I don’t recommend this place.

First time seeing her, she never checked my chart. Argued with me that I am due for a test that I did a year prior. She finally said "let me check your chart." What??? You never looked at my chart. So she had no idea about prior concerns or problems I may have had to see if any are better. Too clinical and rushed

Please avoid this doctor if possible. Always in a rush, & least concerned
