Horrible office staff. Receptionist was so rude to me on phone! I need to find another practice right away and I would not recommend. You’ll wait on hold for an hour just to be disrespected when you finally get through!

I did not receive quality medical care from Dr Michelle Jacoby. She is disorganized and insensitive. Her office staff is rude and have an elitist system to determine whether you deserve an appointment with the doctor. Michelle was especially disrespectful and argumentative. I recommend you find a more qualified doctor with a professional office staff.

Very professional doctor and staff. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and he and his nurse made be feel very comfortable.

DR JACOBY NEVER VISITED ME IN HOSPITAL! COLLEEN THE PA MISDIAGNOSED ME! HORRIBLE STAFF. DO NOT USE COLLEEN THE P.A. SHE SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE!

I called this doctor to try and make an appointment, and she flat out refused because I said I was paying out of pocket. I assured her that I was in the process of getting insurance, however having a problem and was pregnant. I needed to start seeing a doctor and I was capable of paying out of pocket. I even told her my father was an OB/GYN and so was my ex. She simply said she would not see me! Great bedside manner! I guess she cares more about the money than the patients. She fits into the "holier than now" doctor attitude. Would NEVER recommend this doctor.

She had delivered 2 of my 3 children with c-section without any complications. Dr Jacoby is very comforting and level headed. She always put me at ease and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. I would reccomned the entire practice to all women in the area. The staff is extremely friendly and takes the usual akwardness and anxiety out of all my appointments.

Although there were numerous people in the waiting room, my wait was not long. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Jacoby made me feel like there was no one else waiting as she took all the time I needed to answer all of my questions. I was very worried about a situation I had, and she was so patient and so knowledgeable. She was absolutely correct in her diagnosis and thanks to her, I am great now...so THANK YOU, Dr. Jacoby!!

Dr Jacoby won't hear you at all. She won't answer your questions. She does not even have the courtesy to ask u if we have any questions....She gave me exactly 6 mins thats it....She is more interested in prospective pregnant ladies...as they r good cash cows for her....If u r in right mind...Pls do not go to this doctor...
