Dr. Michelle L Jeffries

I almost didn't write a review because I wanted to keep this absolutely spectacular dermatologist a secret! Dr. Jeffries is the best dermatologist in Phoenix! She is caring, knowledgeable, very thorough and just a great person. She is a doc that actually just wants to help you! She listens to what you have to say and gives you options and works with you instead of just telling you what to do. Consider yourself incredibly fortunate if Dr. Jeffries is your dermatologist!

Dr. Jeffries is outstanding and has a functional medicine approach which is so valuable! I was very impressed by my visit with her.

My appointment was at 2:45pm. I went in at 2pm as I got off work early. They put me in the patient room at 2: 30pm. I was sitting there until 3:15pm and the nurse came in and said doctor will be with me shortly. When I questioned her about the 30 minute delay. Shesaid its becuase I acme in early and the doctor was seeing her 2:30pm appointment. I received no apologies from the nurse or the doctor for wasteing an hour of my time. She saw me for 2 mintues and referred me to another doctor. If you care about proffessional courtesy and not wasteing your time stay away from this office and from this doctor.

I had an apt. with Dr. Jeffries for a routine skin exam. She did a full body exam, answered all of my questions, and was very patient with me. I will definitely bring my family into to see her for my kids' eczema too.

Dr. Jeffries is always energetic and one of the most caring people I've met. Not only is she a great doctor, but she is very patient, takes time to listen to the special needs of her patients and do what's best for them even with a full schedule. I work for a physician, so I know how tough her job is and I was extremely impressed with her bedside manner and the way she handles tough situations and patients. I highly recommend her!

I recently saw Dr. Jeffries for my acne and she was the first person who was able to get it under control! I saw the previous review and honestly don't understand what they are referring to! I've been very self-conscious of my acne for years and been very frustrated with not being able to have clear skin. Dr. Jeffries was very easy to talk to and I felt like she understood me. She also did a full skin exam, gave me a few medications for my acne, spent time answering all my questions and within the past few weeks I can finally say that my skin is clear for the first time in years! I can't wait to see her again to show her the results!

I saw Dr. Jeffries with my son who has eczema. I've taken him to see so many other doctors and for the first time I felt like I had taken him to a doctor who genuinely had an interest in my son's condition! She was very professional and knowledgeable but explained things in a way that I could understand! And she is really good with kids! She took the time to go over his prescription medications and teach me about his condition. I must admit I was skeptical whether the treatments would work as nothing had before, but it worked!! His skin has been clear for the first time in years!! I'm planning on making an appointment for myself to see her and my husband too! I'm referring my whole family to see her and my closest friends! Cannot recommend her highly enough!!!
