Dr. Michelle Miriam Lawson, MD

Dr. Michelle Lawson specializes in orthopedic surgery with additional expertise in orthopedic trauma care. She earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry and brings seven years of experience to her practice treating complex bone, joint, and muscle injuries.

Dr. Lawson practices at multiple locations including Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital and Indiana University Health Hospital in Indianapolis, as well as University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center in Iowa City and Oregon Health And Science University Hospital in Portland. She focuses on treating joint pain, Achilles tendon injuries, and ankle problems. Her approach often incorporates physical therapy and strength training to help patients recover from orthopedic conditions and trauma injuries.
