I had my breast reconstruction a year ago and I couldn't be more happier. Dr Palazzo and her staff are very caring, patient , professional and no hard sell compared to the other drs I dealt with. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with my surgery. She's competent and was more than happy with my reconstruction.

Dr. Palazzo is an excellent, world-class doctor. She is very smart, and she has done two different surgical fellowships in addition to her medical school and residency. This means that she is sub-specialized in two different areas of delicate microsurgery. She really cares about me and my surgical outcome. She takes her time to get all the details right, before, during and after surgery. Her staff is awesome, and they all go above and beyond to explain and re-explain everything. After my recent surgery, I have a nurse who texts me everyday to check in on me, and I can call or text her anytime 24/7 if I have any worries or problems. Everything was super-organized before my surgery. They gave my instructions, prescriptions, and a shopping list of what I would need afterwards so that I would be prepared for when I got home afterwards. I have had an excellent experience with her, and I appreciate the doctor and nurses who recommended her to me.

Condescending, uninterested in patient concerns and lack of ability to understand those concerns; poor social skills..however she is one of the best surgeons around. I only wish she had a heart...punn intended

My breast specialist, Dr. Hatmaker, recommended Dr. Palazzo, and they worked side by side during my breast surgery. Palazzo is skilled and competent. She understands the trauma of breast cancer, and spends face-to-face time explaining each step of her process. After she reviewed photos & procedures, I felt completely confident in her ability to take care of me. I'm four weeks out of surgery, and my breasts look even better than I expected. Her staff is equally compassionate and professional.

I was given a lot of recommendations for other surgeons in the area. Dr. Palazzo was on the list and had openings earlier than the others. I have no regrets going to her! She is very thorough in her exam, her explanations, her checks and balances, etc. She drew pictures, asked questions, explained and reexplained. She asked my opinions and hopes for after surgery. The only "negative" comment I can leave is that they wait can sometimes take a little while. Example, if you have a 10:00am appointment it might be 10:30 before you get back. I attribute this to the amount of time she spends with each patient. No rushing you in our out. It's worth the wait!

She is excellent-definitely the "real deal"

I had a little trouble in the beginning of acceptance but once I worked through that I realized Dr. Palazzo did everything in her power to help me with what she had to work with. Great doctor and wonderful assistant (Linda). They gave me a second chance and I am grateful to them.

Eye job was terrible I needed to have it repaired by another physician To get it repaired I needed to wait for 8 months because the tissue needed to relax. It was a terrible experience
