Dr. Michelle Lynn Palumbo, MD

This woman is cold and unfeeling. Why she decided to work with kids is beyond me. Michelle Palumbo let my daughter down.. big time. We ended up in a psych ER because she couldn’t be bothered to return urgent calls ..two of them from my daughter’s therapist. The ER would not treat my daughter because she had a psychiatric of record.. the same psychiatrist that refused to call us back. Palumbo is a nightmare who failed us miserably. I hope someday she experiences some of the anguish she so thoughtlessly caused

We visited Dr. Palumbo while in Massachusetts for our son with DS and elevated anxiety. Dr. Palumbo and her office were difficult to connect with once you were out of the office and not very accommodating at all. Now, in the middle of this covid19 crisis, our son's anxiety has elevated significantly and Dr. Palumbo was unwilling to have a video call with us because we were out of state. Unfortunately, I was not surprised as she has not been very helpful at all. It is very disappointing as she was referred to us as an expert with Down Syndrome patients. I would not recommend.

Very understanding and cares about her patients!
