She has delivered 2 of my boys, she is very professional and caring. I really think she is best OBGYN.

Michelle is the best OBGYN out there. When we first met Dr Rotter we were living very close to her office and over the year have moved to Seacoast NH about 45 min to an hour from Dr Rotter office and about 1-1:15 form Winchester hospital I say this because we have one of the leading birthing facilities about a mile from our house and we choose to go to Dr Rotter for all three of our children including the most recent about two months ago. She is truly amazing, Michele was at all three of our kids births and always made time to answer all of our question even crazy husband question about why my wife is acting the way she was. I am seen a few mention to her being late, it is ok she is the best and it is only because she care so much about her patience she wants to answer all of their questions. Thank you for reading.

Dr. Rotter was my ob/gyn for my first pregnancy nearly two years ago. I became disenchanted with the office after numerous cancelled and/or late appointments ( I do not believe that I was ever taken on time). In addition, Dr. Rotter did not have the bedside manner that I was needing as a first time mother when a minor finding was discovered during a routine ultrasound. I was basically given a pamphlet with information and sent to a high risk doctor who calmed my concerns, thankfully. Nevertheless, I will share that the care I received at Winchester Hospital was exceptional, though Dr. Rotter was not the ob/gyn that actually delivered my son. Now that I am pregnant again, I am with a different practice and what a difference. It shows in every way: from the ultrasound techs, Dr. taking me on time for appointments and I have not had one cancelled appointment due to a "surgery" or last minute change in schedule. It has been a night and day experience. Dr. Rotter always seemed that… she was rushing to get to the next patient, and understandably, since there always seemed to be an excessive amount of patients waiting during my appointment times. I could not be happier in my decision to look elsewhere for pregnancy #2.

Dr. Rotter delivered all three of my kids and was amazing for all three of my pregnancies. I saw her for every single one of my appointments and she really took the time to get to know me as a person. I never felt judged for any decisions/choices that made. She truly cares about her patients and never hesitates to go above and beyond.

Dr. Rotter seems to be a polite, nice person...however not the doctor for me. She has way too many patients, and it shows (always late, seems to be in a rush, does not check patient charts ie remember pertinent patient info). Difficult to build a connection/relationship with. Also sugarcoats things and promises/guarantees things that a doctor definitely shouldn't.

Kind, gentle, knowledgable, and compassionate are just a few words to describe Dr. Rotter.

I love Dr. Rotter. I tend to be a very nervous patient and she always calls me back and follows up with me to reassure me and fully make sure I understand everything going on with my body. Even if I think I'm being crazy and asking a million questions, she always takes the time to listen to me and answer them. She is the most compassionate, kind doctor I've ever had.

Not impressed with this office at all. I have had 3 cancelled appts in 9 months. Their policy is not good. If your not an ob patient you come last on the list of people they care for! My appts have been cancelled because the doctor "decides" to add surgery time ($$$). Also do not expect to get results... I had to call for mine a few times and a pap result takes 1 month...REALLY??? On a good note.... the office is nice and clean and the NP is great!

Dr. Rotter was always thorough and answered all of my questions during my pregnancy. She's a truly wonderful person who really does care about you. Dr. Rotter always returned my calls, and reassured me when I was getting close to 40 weeks. She wasn't even on call and yet she came to the hospital to personally deliver my son. She's a true asset to Winchester hospital and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
