I am a low income person without insurance until recently and Michelle agreed to see me and explicitly said she would never charge my card without asking me first, that if I need a little time to pay then that's okay. About a month ago I got onto medicaid and Michelle informed me she'd no longer be able to see me, then immeditely charged my bank account 200 dollars without my permission for the balance I owe her. This threw my finances into serious disarray, almost resulted in me being homeless, and happened without me even being informed until I saw my bank account down 200 dollars just before bills were due. It might not seem like a lot, but that unexpected 200 dollar charge really almost ruined my life. I never would've given her my card info without her PROMISE she would not charge me until I say so. She lied to me and broke that promise.
